Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

Axis Capital Management LLC (“the Company”), headquartered in the United States, offers this Deposit & Withdrawal Policy (“Policy”) to guide clients through funding their accounts and accessing their funds in compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.

Acknowledgments

By funding an account, the Client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted this Policy, as well as related policies, agreements, and disclosures published on the Company's website.

General Information

Deposits and withdrawals are permitted only for fully verified accounts. You must upload the following to your Client Portal:

  • Valid government-issued ID: Passport or U.S. driver’s license.
  • Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank/credit card statement, or rental agreement issued within the last 90 days.
Document Requirements
  1. High-quality, full-color, unaltered scans or photos; all edges visible.
  2. Allowed file types: .png, .jpg, .pdf; max size 10 MB.

Verification is completed within 1 business day. You may be asked to submit source-of-funds documentation (e.g., bank statements or pay stubs). Clients must close all positions before withdrawing trading profits.

No Third‑Party Payments

Withdrawals will only be made to the original funding source. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may incur penalties or blocking.

The Company charges no deposit fees, but clients may incur banking or payment processor fees. Withdrawal limits or fees may apply.

Withdrawals and deposits are processed Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm ET. Requests are reviewed via your Client Portal, and updates or notifications are sent to your email and portal dashboard.

Bank Wire Transfers

Wire deposits must come from a bank account in the Client’s name. SWIFT confirmations may be requested. Cash deposits are not accepted — violations may result in refunds or investigation.

Withdrawals via wire will be refunded to the original bank account, or, if closed, to a U.S.-registered account in the client’s name. Funds typically arrive within 1–5 U.S. business days.

Credit/Debit Card

Card deposits must be made via cards in the Client’s name. Withdrawals will first return card deposits; profits can be withdrawn via bank wire thereafter.

Clients must provide a front/back scan of the card (showing first 6 and last 4 digits only; CVV must be concealed). Withdrawal to cards may take 1–2 business days, following provider review.

Card limits: up to $15,000 per transaction, $100,000 monthly, and $50,000 daily. The Company may request card ownership confirmation and reserves the right to limit payment methods.

The Company will never request full card details, CVV, or PIN. Suspicious requests should be immediately reported to compliance.

Refund Policy

If a Client decides not to trade, they may request a full refund of deposits (less third-party fees) within 1 business day of funding. Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days, and processed via the original payment method. Trading profits or losses are not refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding deposits, withdrawals or refunds must be submitted in writing via the Client Portal or emailed to support@axiscapitalmgmt.com. The Company’s Complaint Policy will apply.

Electronic Payment Methods

The Company supports additional electronic payments (e.g., ACH, PayPal, select payment processors). By using these, clients agree to adhere to the terms and fees of those providers. Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment channel. All requests undergo standard approval and processing within 1 business day.

Note: This Policy may be updated to comply with changing regulations or internal compliance standards. Clients are responsible for using the latest version available on the Company’s website.
